Floating Olive Branch
Fig & Cranberry Brie Puff Bites

1 sheet puff dough, thawed and cut into 9 squares

3 tablespoons Garlic Infused Olive Oil

2 teaspoons Pepe e Aglio Seasoning

6oz brie, cut into bite-sized pieces

3/4 cup canned whole cranberry sauce

1/2 cup dried figs, diced

2 tablespoons Fig Infused Dark Balsamic

Rosemary Sprigs for garnish

Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spritz a mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Brush puff pastry squares with olive oil and sprinkle with Pepe e Aglio seasoning. Gently press the puff pastry squares into the individual muffin cups. Place a bite-sized brie into each cup and set the pan aside. Place cranberry sauce, figs, and balsamic in a medium bowl, and stir to combine. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the sauce mixture into each cup. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly. Remove the bites from the muffin pan (you may need to run a knife around the edge of each cup to loosen it) and place it on a serving platter. Garnish with a spin of rosemary before serving.
