
Sparkling Melba Peach Punch
This refreshing summer punch is bursting with fruity flavor. A blend of Peach Balsamic, Coconut Balsamic, and Watermelon Rosé Fruit Vinegar adds a tangy twist to sweet peaches and fresh citrus juice. Serve as a non-alcoholic summer drink or spike with sparkling wine or fruit-forward spirits for the perfect party punch.

Ingredients:
1 can (15.25 oz) canned peaches in syrup
¼ cup simple syrup
2 tablespoons Peach White Balsamic
2 tablespoons Coconut White Balsamic
2 tablespoons Watermelon Rosé Fruit Vinegar
½ cup fresh lime juice
½ cup fresh orange juice
6 cups ginger ale, chilled
½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries for garnish
Instructions
Place the canned peaches in syrup in a blender. Add the simple syrup, Peach White Balsamic, Coconut Balsamic, Watermelon Rosé Balsamic, lime juice, and orange juice to the blender and puree until smooth. Refrigerate the punch base until chilled.
Once chilled, pour the punch base into a pitcher, and add the ginger ale. Stir to combine. Garnish the punch with raspberries before serving.
