What more can you say about something that is pure perfection??? The aromatic herbs make this an absolute winner....I use it on just about everything! (Even my breakfast eggs!). There is no better oil for a tasty salad dressing. And my air fryer potato wedges? Mmmmm! This is my all time favorite go to!

I have had these sardines before. They are really superior to the usual grocery store selections. They are more tender and flavorful. The presentation in the wood box is over the top!!! I want to display them in a trophy case!

Full and robust flavor

The shallot infused olive oil is top notch and I use this in most recipes now. Full body flavor but not overpowering. Most recipes I use this for are skillet/stove top meals but did try in salad dressing and absolutely loved it paired with the black garlic balsamic.
