Cowboy Roast Beef Bagels

Ingredients: 

8 ounces cream cheese, softened 

1 tablespoon Cowboy Seasoning Blend 

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped 

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 

6 onion bagels, split and toasted 

1 pound rare roast beef, thinly sliced 

2 cups baby arugula or watercress 

1 cup roasted red bell peppers, diced 

¼ cup Rosemary Infused Olive Oil 

4 tablespoons Organic Balsamic Glaze 

Directions:

Place the softened cream cheese, Cowboy seasoning, chives, and horseradish in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse or blend until combined. 

Spread the cream cheese over the toasted bagels and top with slices of roast beef, arugula, and roasted red bell peppers. Drizzle the bagels with olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving. Serves 6.
