Floating Olive Branch
Homemade Lemon Aromatizado Mayonnaise

Makes 1 1/4 cups 



1 egg yolk

2 teaspoons Bianco White Balsamic Vinegar 

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 

1/4 teaspoon Fleur de Sel 

Pinch of cracked black pepper 

1 cup Meyer Lemon Aromatizado 



Place egg yolk, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine. With the blades spinning, slowly and steadily add the olive oil until blended, thick, and emulsified. Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving or spreading.
