Bright and bold, this flavor combination is perfectly mastered. I used this on my oven roasted potatoes and it is now one of my kitchen staple oils. I imagine this flavor is verstaile with a lot of foods.
This balsamic vinegar is over the top with flavor for a salad. It brings a different dimension and taste to just plain lettuce or a salad with pears, cranberries cheese or chicken.
Tried this on a salad the other day and it was light yet flavorful.
